Start by creating your drum corps with a name, location, and division. Each director will start with an initial budget to manage their corps.
Hire staff members for each position of your corps. Each staff member brings different attributes which will affect your score and placement.
Select the members in each of your sections. You will need members for your hornline, drumline, colorguard, pit, and drum majors.
Select the shows you want to compete in, the more shows you compete in the more your members talent will grow, but don't tire them out!
